Many people who are living with a mental illness or emotional difficulties may face challenges coping with daily stressors. It can be difficult to see the bigger picture and keep moving forward when your mental health is not in a good place. These struggles can create barriers that complicate accessing proper and definitive care. For this reason, many people benefit from the help of experienced, supportive professionals that work in partnership with mental health organizations to provide a safe supportive environment that encourages participation and access to care. That’s why Health Link Services is devoted to developing a world-class, regionally recognized logistics program that aids in bridging these gaps in care.

We pride ourselves on our nurturing and empathetic manner. It has been our philosophy since day one to treat all clients like they were our family, because on several occasions, they were. Together our management team has over 70 years of Mental Health, EMS, Fire, Nursing Home, Home Care and Transportation experience.

Quality Assurance

Our Operations and Compliance managers function as the liaison between our customers, facilities, and the entire Health Link operation. Management representatives are available to conduct weekly visits with facility representatives, clients, and staff to assure that the standards of quality are met on all fronts of our operation. In addition, Field Supervisors monitor day-to-day operations and staff. These supervisors meet with our management staff at regular intervals, highlighting any additional needs or expectations from both management and staff. Routine weekly management and supervisory staff meetings provide the forum for evaluation and discussion concerning the quality and reliability of the services we provide. These meetings are also attended by senior management to ensure a consistent forward motion and compliance with overall company policies and objectives consistent with our mission statement.

Compliance & Reporting

Health Link Services always strives to maintain the highest standards of practice and ethics in all of our operations and relationships with our health care team partners including our third-party payers and regulatory authorities. To assure all of our stakeholders that we at Health Link are working to the best of our ability to maintain the highest possible standards, we maintain a full-time professional compliance officer as a member of our senior management team. It’s the compliance officers as a responsibility to assure that our operations continue to comply with current regulatory requirements and that as the dynamics of the regulatory environment evolve, that Health Link is always current with practices advocated by regulation and protocols.
